Organic vs. Conventional Veggies


There is so much conversation around food quality and the best choices we can make for optimal health. Organic vs. Conventional is one of the basic decisions we have before us. We have pesticides, GMO's, fertilizers-so many unnatural elements to navigate through. It can be overwhelming to many and some people are still totally unaware.

I tend to advocate the good, better, best principle. Shifting the energy we put into our bodies is a process like everything else. How that pertains to the conventional vs. organic conversation is quite simply this....

For those who consume a lot of processed foods in this moment-to switch to any fruits and vegetables is good, for those who already eat veggies, its better to eat more organic and for those who are able it is BEST to go organic because there is a dramatic difference in the nutritional panel of these two groups.

Remember ~ Our food is the source of either ease or dis-ease in our body so choose well. AND as always, Be gentle with yourself
