1 tbsp cacao podwer
1 tbsp maca
1 tbsp hemp powder
1 tsp reiki mushroom powder or 1 dried medicinal tree mushroom
handful greens (kale, spinach)
cacao nibs

cacao= antioxidant, elevates happiness hormone serotonin 
maca and mushroom=adaptogens
